| Howdy, guys. I have a second property. I have bought it recently. For now, I am not making profits on that. I have more losses than profit. The thing that I would like to know is whether I pay taxes even if I have rental losses. I would appreciate your advices. Bye! |

| Hello. Well, usually at the beginning of property renting, it doesn’t bring incomes. It is quite normal, so don’t worry. Some people have come up to a great idea. They have more properties. Income from one they transfer to loss of another. At least I think they do like that. Still, I am not an economist. I hope you will manage. Good luck! |
