| As a customer I tend to look both perspectives all the time, if I was a seller I guess that I could think the same way, only from perspective of a seller. I would think about ways for buyers to think about products that I advertise. But I have only recently heard about bait and switch and, after I’ve heard about it, I think that I’ve noticed it for couple of times. That is a proof that I was not paying attention really carefully. Do you think that bait and switch is illegal? Many people do. |

| There is no reason for me to have an opinion about it, it is a fraud, therefore it has to be illegal. I mean, if there is no legal act against it, I guess there should be one definitely. I really hate these things and I am sick of sellers who are only meant to trick me into buying something that I don’t even want to have. It happened to me several times, but I know people who are constantly getting cheated that way. |
