When it comes to the income you earn, one of the crucial things to know is also how large your debt is. A good way to have adequate info is back end ratio. It actually consists of the total debt, the complete expense you have monthly, divided by a total monthly income. The ratio that is left is the mentioned ratio. That said, all possible debts are included in the upper category and mean all the possible sources of it (cards, bills, credits, etc). Hope you find the info helpful.

Back end ratio is, I agree, very important for your overall financial planning. You simply have to know what is the way to improve your situation, and you can only do that knowing what you owe, and knowing back end ration. There will debts, credits listed, summary of paid checks including deposits and balances can also be found in there, so you will be in position to get an overview of your spending.

Businesses have not been going well for quite some time now. In fact, all this year has been pretty turbulent for business owners. Some have lost confidence from their customers. Hopefully, things will change, but I can tell you that the first step should be, as others said, checking your debts. Businesses in trouble are cheaper, and you get less money than you normally would. I suggest you go to http://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/back-endratio.asp for more info.
