I have recently been thinking about getting a loan. It seems to me that the best way to buy a house is such a solution. However, I would like to know whether it is true that DLA count as income when getting a loan. Such an information could help me a lot, so if anyone could tell me, I would be grateful.

| Taking a loan is great, as it is one very flexible type of loan and the calculations related to it are relatively easy. It is very common for buying domestic properties, too. Now, a DLA is very specific type of grant. It is a disability living allowance, and it is completely free of any obligations in form of tax. In that sense, when taking a loan, it will not be count as a classic income, but it will be noted as a factor for your taking that loan. I hope you find the info helpful. Best of luck. |
