| I have recently been looking to start with investments. I have accumulated fair amount of assets and I have looking into the most efficient way to invest. I would like to know one thing. Does an absolute priority rule stand for bankruptcy process? Any info will do. It will really mean a lot to me. |

| Making any kind of investments is never easy, and part of it is making a sound financial plan. Now, knowing about taxes you need to pay is equally important. Knowing how to track any returns you get. Now, an absolute priority rule is there in that case when you by no means can maintain your company, and a liquidation is imminent. Now, the rule states that seniors, or creditors have to be paid out in full before juniors, or shareholders can be paid out. Hope you find the info helpful. Best of luck. |
