I am having a negative working capital for some time now and I don’t know how much longer I will keep up like this. Does having a negative working capital mean bankruptcy?
I am prepared for something like this, I just want to know for how long I will have to stay put and wait for it.
You do not have to stay put and wait for anything. This definitely is a quick way to pronounce bankruptcy, but why do you have this as a goal? This is something that you should try to avoid, but you are doing the complete opposite of that. There is a way to turn things in your favor and this is what you should be doing instead of thinking how long before your bankruptcy. Turning negative working capital into a positive working capital should be your goal and this is something that should be done in no time really, but in reality you will have small amount of time to achieve this.
