Ebay buyer disputed item ?

| Dear all. I have been selling goods on Ebay for the past year or so. So far I have never had any problems and I have had some very nice contacts with the buyers that have bought from me. This time, however, something a bit more unpleasant has happened. I sold a bottle of perfume, and when it arrived with the buyer she claimed that the perfume was a copy. This is not the case!!! What should I do now? |

| That's a difficult one. There are so many fakes out there on ebay that many people would tend to believe the buyer if you get a negative feedback saying something like that. And as she has the bottle in her possession there is very little you could do in order to proove that what she says is not true. Send ebay an email about it to see what they have to say about the matter. Though they might well do nothing at all. |
