The term Enterprise usually is recognizable and characterized with the term supremacy (governance), and the definition of the term Enterprise governance has been explained as a legal responsibility structure for all management processes. Enterprise domination has been designed by the supervisory team under the sponsorship of the team of the directors, therefore their main activity and assignment is to optimize the use of resources arranging all the activities of the organization to illuminate and explain all strategic, prepared routine and approach towards risk. Corporate supremacy is a concept thats been developed via global stock exchanges somewhere in the 1990s. The most recognized and well known international promoter and supporter of corporate supremacy is OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), better known as a comprehensive association of 30 of the world leading economies. So, its importance lies in structure of the organization that is defined by its contract, regulation and formal policy, and its recognized worldwide as a best practice.
