| Would you please give me your views about the Equal Credit Opportunity Act for loans? Do you think that the situation in regard to discrimination has improved in any way since the introduction of the act, and do you think that this has been enough? I would be curious to hear your opinions. |

| I do think that not al discrimination has been rooted out. But considering that it has existed for so long, and continues to pose a problem in all areas of society, I think that it would only be normal t expect that the effects of the Act take a long while to show. However, I applaud the passing of the Act. |

| I certainly think that there have been improvements since the Equal Credit Opportunity Act was introduced. I am sure that there are figures available to prove this as well - I will see if I can find them anywhere. But however big or small the success, the introduction of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act was a sheer necessity. |
