Hello. The problem is following. Company traded very well until two years ago. Now it stopped trading but it has reserves of about 750.000 USD. Directors believe that the best way to extract these reserves is through dividend. Is there any other way of extracting reserves from non-trading company? Best regards.
Hello there. There is another way to extract reserves from non trading company. You can form Corporate Securities Trust and place reserves into it. Company will not be liable for any tax because it payed taxes during reserve accumulation. I think this is the way directors should go in this case.I hope this answer helped you a bit.
