| We have had the same unemployment law (FUTA - Federal Unemployment Tax Act) way back, since the 1930s! Isn't it high time this law is updated? The society, nit to mention the job market, has changed so much since that time! It must be terribly inadequate, you might think.... Any thoughts on the matter? |

| You are quite right! And you are not the only one asking questions.... Both at state and federal level, there are serious issues relating to the funding of the whole unemployment insurance. I think that the whole thing needs to be radically looked at. And if needed totally revized. I am hoping there will be some more reactions too! I am genuinely interested in what people have to say abou this. |
