Family loans and rental apartments

| I have been reading up about these family loans. They seem to open up a number of interesting possibilities to those hoping to invest in real estate. But are these family loans also on offer to those who are intending to build rental apartments, that is, buy to let basically? |

| Interesting that you should mention so - that should be a great opportunity for many people. As far as I have understood there are rather strict conditions to be met for these kind of loans, and getting access to them for Buy to Let or Build to Let will be a difficult operation I guess. Buy hey, you can always try! |
