| My wife and I live in a rented house for over 2 years. We have two daughters and we recently started to consider the idea of getting a home loan. We really need it, because we cannot keep paying for nothing, our rented place costs us too much. What is your opinion on home loans and their financing? |

| Financing a home loan can be very daunting experience. There are so many information’s you’ll need to gather and so many things to keep in mind. Think twice before deciding to take a home loan, this might be the biggest mistake in your life. Consider everything, your income and your debts, and try to find how much money you’ll exactly need. It is not easy to solve financial problems, especially if they get too big. Try to save some money first, and then reconsider the idea of applying for a home loan. |
