| Hi. I am a 20 year old student. I am looking into renting a small flat. I don't like the idea of living with other people, so I need to find the place by myself. Do you have any suggestions? How should I find the right place for me? How do I know the landlord is OK? |

| That is very simple. Just contact a good and reputable letting agency. You tell them what exactly you are looking for, and they offer you various places to view. When you find something you like, you give them a cut of the action. But this is both simpler and safer than looking for a place all by yourself. |
