| I would like to buy some investment bonds but almost all of my friends are against it. I don’t understand their reasons that well, but they think that there are better ways to make profit. Are investment bonds as flexible as other types of investments? What are the risks with investment bonds? |

| Investment bond is a life assurance policy for investment purposes. My opinion is that they are not as bad as many people think and that they can provide certain security everyone needs. They are also called insurance bonds and they are very common form of investment. Regarding their flexibility, they often have hefty early withdrawal penalties and this is why many people are avoiding investment bonds. But, if your intention is to keep them for five or more years, there is nothing to worry about. |
