| I have recently set up my own firm, after meticulous planning and analyzing, but now I am disappointed at how difficult everything is! It was thought out well in advance and I had been looking forward to the moment my dream would become reality. But unfortunately, the responsibility seems a bit much for me and I am constantly tired. Honestly I am not sure if I can handle it all. Now I am seriously considering giving up the business, and going back to my old job. Please help! |

| Owning your own business is extremely demanding and a big responsibility. Especially in the beginning, it is exhausting. It seems your entire world revolves around work, work, work You dont have time to think about anything else. But please, dont panic, this phase doesnt last forever. See your work as the challenge you wanted to take on! Eventually you will get used to your new role, the business will be more stable and you can start to enjoy what you are doing. The change is enormous from being an employee with clear ideas of your responsibilities, and at times of course you think about giving it all up. I repeat: it wont last forever, hold on just a little bit longer, and probably you will start to see the difference already. |
