| Dear all. My boyfriend (and husband to be!) have agreed to start looking for a property for us to live in together. We both have good jobs. SO in that sense we are sure we will have no problems. Only of course we would like to get a good deal. Do you have any suggestions for us? |

| Hi.In this day and age any mortgage lender is happy to find new customers. And they are so competitive that I am sure you will find a good deal. I have heard that Alliance and Leicester offers one of the best deals in the country. Having said that, I don't have a mortgage with them myself. Although I do have a current account. |
