| Is it possible to take a larger bridging loan and to repay it in short time, with help of a friend or another loan? It would be good for me to do things like that, but I don’t know how big can bridge loan get, how can I try to pull the biggest amount possible? Have you had problems with bridge loans? What happens if you get one and claim that you’ll repay it for two weeks, but you never do that? |

| I’m dealing with real-estates and bridge loans are familiar to me, but I can’t tell why anyone would want to use another loan to repay the first one. But, whatever you do, you should understand that the amount of money borrowed has no fixed value, but it depends on your personal abilities, so there is no way for us, or even you, to establish the amount which you are going to get approval for. I believe that there are bridge loans which can get very large. |
