| Hi. I am wondering if there are any clever people on this forum who know about the stamp tax. I am looking into buying a second home and will therefore be obligated to pay the 3 per cent tax. Is there any loophole to get around this? Any tips would very, very welcome |

| As far as I can see there are several exceptions which you when you dont have to pay the stamp duty. These are not loopholes, but you might still find them useful. When you buy a newly built house the tax does not apply. And if the house is 125 square meters or less the same goes. Hop this helps you a bit. |
