Dear Business Adviser, I do a lot of travel on business. Recently an incident rdrew my attention to the need to insure myself when I am travelling. Obviously I do have a rather extensive insurance portfolio for my busines. I wonder whether I might be able to get travel insurance from my brokers as part of my primary insurance. What do you think?
Dear Business Traveller, of course you should ask. In insurance more than anything else in business, things ar enegotiated. You should even aim for the "added risk" to be covered for a notional amount since you have already such a lot of policies. You will be amazed at how easy it will be... and if they're not forthcoming, shop around!
