| Is there anyone here who has had dealings with the Global Debt Facility directly? There are supposed to be a variety of clearing systems for the Global Debt Facility, and I would like to gain insight into how these clearing systems function. Any information would be great. Thank you for your help!e a |

| Hello to you! These clearing systems work through governmental authorities and financial institutions and ensure that the involved investors will retain ownership interest. There are a variety of possibilities in relation to clearing, also changing with the circumstances of the offered debt securities. Are you going to invest through the Global Debt Facility? |

| All the information on clearing systems will be provided to you when you inform into the investment and what kind of securities you will opt to buy. You can also get the information directly from Freddie Mac, I have seen. All the best and good luck with your tricky investment decisions. |
