| I opened my mail box this morning and found a file with one debit credit and one credit card from Nationwide. I perfectly remember that I never submitted any application to this bank or asked for any their service. In fact, I remember last month I filled in an application but I didn’t send it because I dropped since I didn’t like the conditions. I torn up the paper and threw it away to the trash can at my work. What to do? |

| What to say even torn up applications aren’t safe, someone could have obtained your info and apply for a credit card instead of you. Maybe that someone knows that you do not monitor your accounts and tried to misuse your account. However, you received CCs and now go there and cancel them immediately and report theft and fraud attempt. |
