| I'm looking for advice on internet banking. The bank I have an account at doesn't offer many services in e-banking. So I looked up for information and I'm thinking about HSBC. Is HSBC's internet banking a good choice? I'm worried about safety and service fees. Is their web site easy to use? |

| These days it's very convenient to use Internet banking. You are offered a huge range of services with many banks and if you explore more you'll find out that most of them are free. E-banking market is evolving fast, and there is a huge competition so offers are more convenient every day. Check the Internet for a few e-banks and you will see that some of them have certain fees and some of them don't. I've heard that HSBC arranged a lottery, you can win something if you become their consumer. Services are various, you could pay bills on-line, transfer money to other accounts, you can always check your account etc. A good thing with e-banking is that services are available at any time of that day, so you can use them when you get time. Interface is simple, adapted to users completely, which is an advantage. HSBC also provides proper security, and when you learn a few tips you could consider your money safe. It's simple to apply for an account, and if you can't manage it information is available by phone. Your call is to decide and everything else is completely simplified and you won't regret if you choose Internet banking. |
