I left my parents speechless and in terror after I told them I had an accident caused by my car, the one they bought for me, but didnt have time to insured it and I couldnt wait, as being a weekend I wanted to drive my friends and colleagues to town, night club where we couldnt go by walk, too far. So this Friday night out almost cost me my life and not only mine but my parents as well, from quiet and normal life, nearly everything went into madness. The guy I had an accident with took all my details, my driving licence number; all documentation, everything and he said he will contact his solicitor to make a complaint.

Under normal circumstances when both drivers who have been in the accident have car insurance policy on their names, then procedures in dealing with insurances and valuating damages thats occur go different way than the ones where situation is a little bit more complicated. These things can happen and finish tragically, in your situation they are not, fortunately enough, but you never know what can happen tomorrow. Caution and accuracy, and above them all discipline is most important. He did collect as much information about you as he could, your name, address, telephone number, drivers licence information, licence plate number, he probably took some photographs of the place of the accident, so he can prove how much damages has been done by you. He can sue you and win the claim, so you will be left paying for all the damages on his car, not your insurance, but you.
