I am reading something about starting a company. Maybe some time in the future I could start one of my own. It’s better to be prepaired when it comes . So I am interested, what are your expirience with limited company. I did’t quite get it from the book reading it .

Of course it’s good to be informed; you never know when you’ll need it. Limited company refers to the shareholder responsibility for the company debt limited to the amount he invested in the company. That is in Europe and Canada. That is what I know and I think it’s the best way to start your first company. The risk is smaller and it worked out fine with me. I hope this is enough for your needs.
