Have you ever switched banks due to poor service?

| I wonder who here has switched banks due to poor service? Everyone is always complaining about their banks, but I would like to hear from someone who has actually done something about it. And is your new bank better or are you again dissatisfied? I am curious what you have to say! |

| Yes, I have done this, and yes, my new bank is better. I am now with the co-operative bank and although their telephone internet service has not been without problems (long waiting at times), at least they have decent possibilities if you want to talk with a real person at your branch. Overall I am quite satisfied with them. This in difference to the Halifax. |
