Have you ever traveled without travel insurance?

| I have recently been thinking about traveling. I would go abroad and some people recommended me to get some traveler insurance. However, I am not sure what that exactly is and I am interested in one thing. Have you ever traveled without travel insurance? If anyone can help that would be great. |

| Travel insurance, like any insurance, is designed to protect you from any unwanted incidents. That said, it is not mandatory if you are going on your own, but you have to be aware that any costs paid in foreign hospital can do you a lot of damage as they are pretty expensive. I have never traveled without it, and I would also not recommend it for you. Be sure to check for quotes at http://www.moneysupermarket.com/travelinsurance. Finally, possibly the best kind of insurance is indeed a worldwide insurance and you can get it at http://www.worldwideinsure.com. Best of luck. |
