| I have recently submitted a loan application. I have been looking forward to getting it. However, I have been informed there were problems with it and that I will have difficulties getting my loan approved. Is there something I can do now, and what? Any kind of advice would be very helpful. Thanks in advance. |

There are several reasons why your application can be denied. First is that it was determined you do not have enough funds to cover all the costs of getting a loan (for example, closing costs). Also, you may have income too low, in which case lender will not approve such application. Also, you may have too many debts, or poor credit history. Nevertheless, if any of these cases are true, there is still possibility to get a loan, although probably not as big one (or as good one) as you wanted in the first place.
