After graduation Ive found an employment within a company who offered me a health insurance plan but didnt leave me any other opportunity but to choose between group health coverage either indemnity or managed care. They said that I can choose between those two for the first year of my employment and after that I will get offer to transfer with another health insurance plan, it all depends from the companies policy, and discussion about choices and limits is allowed. I would like to know more about health insurance plans and how much of insurance they cover and how much you really need to pay for every situation you need it?

Its not very easy to choose best health plan for you and your family, health plans today vary from one to another in their value and benefit they can provide for you and your family. You can select between indemnity (fee for service) and managed care, and with any health plan there are basic premiums, and in decision what kind of health insurance plan you or your family can expect to receive depends on payments, and wages employees receive. Indemnity health plan is different from managed plan, indemnity plan offers better and bigger choice of doctors, hospitals and health care providers, which will provide services for plan members with reduced cost, and with managed health plan you have less options in choosing your doctor, hospital , but the ones your health insurance plan have a contract with.
