Ive found a very good paid job at very small business venture, considering it has been one of the better jobs I ever had in my life, I wasnt paying too much attention to terms and condition policy when I was signing papers. Contract included excellent offers and facilities as well as paid holidays and additional percentage in payments rewarded by company for a good and successful and above average quotes of the businesses production. The first thing that made me angry with myself and my employer is for keeping quiet about health insurance and the fact that them as a small company arent liable to pay any health insurance cover for me or my family members, as we are not eligible for any health plan cover. It made me realize that if they cant change nothing inside their company, or make an exception and introduce health plan for employees I will have to quit this job and find anything else.

Small businesses arent liable to insure any of their employees, as number of the employees in the company doesnt exceed number of 25, and for some of them it can go up to the number of 50. With groups, small businesses, insurer quite often conclude a premium price based on the risk factors, calculated over the entire group, using information factors, age and gender. There is no law that requires from the employers to offer health plan to the employees, or their members of the family, on the contrary if the company offers health plan, it will be presented too many rules and regulations. If small company pays their premium, have been in business longer than two months, offer health insurance plan to all eligible full and part-time employees, didnt committed any fraud towards insurance company, than he cant denied health insurance coverage towards his employees.
