| My boyfriend and I are in a relationship for over two years. We are doing very well and he really makes me happy. We are planning to get married soon, regardless the fact that our finances are poor. We both work at the same company and have prospective future there. But, it seems that we have one problem. Our finances are quite poor at this moment and yet I believe that he spends too much money without good reason. Our budgeting is a disaster and I really need someone to help me. |

| The fact is that money management commonly causes dissension in relationships. Couples that don't have a big budget have to be very careful with their expenses. It is very important to be organized and communicate with each other. To build and maintain strong couple relationship your communication has to be effective. You must recognize the fact that both of you have different needs and formulate the system that works for both of you. First, it is important to know where you are spending the money you earn. Create one place for all utility bills, credit card statements and other monthly expenses. You should also put your financial information in writing. The way of successful budgeting is knowing your responsibilities. |
