| My husband and I are married for five years and we are still living in his parent’s house. They are very nice people and we feel like we’re living in our own home, but we are expecting a baby and the house will be too small for all of us. I would like to know something about tax on buying a house; is it better to buy a house now or to wait for a while and rent it until then. I would appreciate any help regarding calculating tax and other costs of buying a home. |

| Most people think that it is always better to buy a house, but it’s not always true. You should consider renting a house if you don’t have enough money. It is better to rent for a while then even a possibility to lose your house if you miss few payments. But, also, there are many advantages of buying a house; it represents an investment, something you can sell. Renting is commonly known as throwing your money away, it is something you give and get nothing back. You should contact mortgage adviser if you don’t have enough cash, and also, first time buyers have many tax relieves. There are also some expenses you should consider, like the deposit for the house and future home improvements, so don’t give everything you have for the house, there is always something that needs to be improved, for example, baby’s room. Good luck. |
