Ho can I complain about Bank problems?

| I never had any problems with my bank. I was always satisfied with their services. But all that changes last couple of months. I felt really disappointed. That is why I would like to know ho can I complain about my bank problems. I appreciate your advice or just comment on this issue. |

| Since you already have problems with you bank, the best solution you have is to go directly to them a demand the explanation. Ask to speak with people in charge and explain to him or her, what the problems is. If you are not satisfied with their answer then you should change bank. There is no reason to tolerate their bad behavior. |
