Last year I was planning to move with my wife. We found a beautiful house. We were positive that we will purchase it, but that never happened. We had experienced some problems and this was completely bad experience. So we took a brake and now we are searching for the house again. That is why I need your opinion about Homebuyer Education Learning program, element of FHA?

I think that Homebuyer Education Learning Program or HELP is an excellent thing for you. You really can learn a lot. You should contact them when you first decide to buy a house. Perhaps you will not experience all those problems you have to experience last year. This program is indeed element of FHA or Federal Housing Administration.

I too agree that HELP is an excellent program. They consult and advice people that are in your situation. Buying a house is very difficult. Only people who went through purchasing can tell how hard it can be. And what is best you will have a chance to reduce your mortgage premium with FHA.
