How Do I Initiate Stock Sales?

| I apologize in advance if I sound a bit stupid, because I do not have any experience in this field. I am hoping to set up a small business and initiate stock sales. At the same time, I want to remain the majority owner to have control over my business. How do I achieve this? Do I actually BUY my own shares back or... what can you advise me about this?? |

| I dealt with a similar situation when I set up my company. I solved that problem by setting the prices of the shares at a low and symbollic price. However the exact procedure does vary from state to state. I think the best advice I can give you (and that goes for everyone else too) is to consult a good lawyer! |
