| I have recently started a business of mine. It is a good company and I expect my business to grow. However, I would like to know how can one company be turned into a corporation, as it seems like a much better organization, which is also more efficient and profitable. If anyone could give me any suggestions. Thanks in advance. |

There is always a great risk when running a business, but since you are going well, it is definitely a good thing. It seems to me that making it a corporation also carries some risk, but if you are willing to take it, you may end up with even larger success. There are various types of corporations you can transform your company into. One of the most often found corporations is S Corporation. The differences between various types are in the way of functioning, but also in taxes.
