How To Start-Up Fitness Club?

| Hi. I have been a fitness instructor for three years now, after qualifying, and I really do love my job. But I am fed up with receiving a small wage when I think I could do much better. Now some friends suggested me to set up my own fitness club so I can still work in the same field but earn lots more... I like the idea but don't know where to start. Can you help me? |

| Hi. Think of all the things you need to organize in order to be able to start the club. For instance what comes to my mind is... You will need a space for the club, to find instrcutors as well as admin workers and bookkeepers and so on... it is a big operation I think. Wouldn't it be an idea to buy a club off someone who wants to stop doing it, so you have the whole thing basically off the peg? |
