| I have formed my Limited Liability Company or LLC two years ago. But I think I have made a mistake. My friends all agree that S.corp is much better solution for me because I am planning to have investors. Will I be able to switch form? I am very confused and every advice will mean a lot to me. Thank you. |

| I have to admit that your situation is very common. It is very hard to decide what form of business you should start. Both have many advantages but disadvantages also. Depending on your situation, future plans you should choose the right solution. Concerning your question, I think that you have to make the election that will able your LLC to be treated as S-corporation. You will need the help of your lawyers and accountant. I am not sure whether is this service going to cost you a lot. |
