I'm a client of Internet bank. I have two accounts but one of them is at a different bank. Could I manage both of them at one place? How can I manage my bank account on-line? Can I look up for loan offers and apply for it? It would save so much time then going downtown!

| Expansion of Internet banking have so many advantages for consumers. Now people are able to do everything they can in a branch just by visiting the e-bank site. On-line account management is simple, just log in with your ID and password. Then you have access to do everything you want with your account. You can pay bills, transfer money etc. The only thing you can't do is getting cash, since you have no physical contact. Sites are built to be user friendly so there should be no problem to use it. E-banks also provide guides through the site to make your managing more easier. You would lose less time by managing your account this way. You can also apply for loan, there are on-line loan calculators and application form. There is also available help by e-mail address and phone, in case that consumers have problems. Since they have lower costs then traditional banks, offered interest rates might be better. |
