How can I save myself from bankruptcy?

| I dont really like the idea of declaring bankruptcy, but if I dont find the right solution soon, Ill be forced to do it. Please, help me with your advice how to save myself from bankruptcy. I already halved the staff and cut some of the expenses which werent necessary. What should be my next step towards saving my company to collapse? |

| Youll have to take a risk, and then you can hope to get out of lost and continue doing business in future. My advice is to invest some money in mutual fund, shares or something else which could bring you some extra money. Then try to find out if somethings wrong with companys organization. Maybe youre not hiring right people, and you should fire those who are guilty for some neglect in the organization. Instead of them, you can hire an HR agency to choose the right staff for you. Im sure that every product has is target group and can be sold, only in the correct way. So, I dont doubt in your choice of production but in people who are in production and marketing field. |
