Hello everyone! I am thinking about putting my second property on the market and selling it, because I would like to invest the money into something else. But I don't see much benefit in paying taxes. How can I sell the property without paying taxes? Do you have any tips for me?

Yeah, here's a tip for you: if you try and evade taxes, then you can go to jail. Does that sound nice to you? We all wish that we wouldn't have to pay taxes sometimes... Hell, I sometimes wish that I wouldn't have to take my wife to expensive dinners... But these are things we have to put up with in life, or face the consequences.

if it is your second property that you are selling, like you mention in your post, and not your main residence, then you are just about a 100 per cent certain to be due Capital Gains Tax. This is not just any tax, it may be the Mother Of All Taxes; everyone complains about it. But that doesn't mean we don't have to pay!
