| I just have applied for a stakeholder pension and would also like to know now if I could get some pension relief on annual bases at least or whatever. I am an employee working in a small company owned by a self-employer who is also interested in getting a pension relief so I am curious to hear how you can get a pension relief at all. Thanks! |

| Getting a pension relief differs slightly depending on what you are employee or self-employed so since you are an employee I suppose you are actually paying the personal pension scheme contributions and if you are charged to much higher tax rates than you may also get some extra pension relief. This extra pension relief is not being given to those with basic tax rate. And as for the self-employed they usually get that annual pension relief via their tax office by claims means. |
