How can you upgrade a debit card?

| Can I get some tips on the following? The thing is, I need to upgrade my debit card to a better one. How can I do this - do I need to pay off the outstanding balance or not? I want to stay with the same bank, Lloyds TSB. How do I approach the issue with them? What if they refuse? I appreciate your comments. |

| Hi there, to upgrade your debit card you need to change your account. With Lloyds, you can upgrade your current account and get a Gold Service, Platinum or Premier Visa debit card. The card you get depends on the account you choose. Each has different beneifts, so I'd say, go and talk to them about which one is best for you. |
