| Hi there folks. My name is Jonathan and I was wondering if you could give me some information about investment schemes. A friend of mine invested his money into a fund like that and he has earned some solid money. Can you tell me how it works? How collective investment schemes may be formed? Thank you. |

| Hello to you too, Jonathan. Collective investment schemes can be a really good way to invest money. You see, they are funds in which people invest their money and buy securities on the market together. These schemes can also be called mutual funds, managed funds etc. Now, there is regulation regarding this subject. Usually, fund is formed like a trust. There are people who are running it. You have an investment manager, fund administrator, trustee and shareholders. All of them have their roles in fund management and they are in charge for the trusts performance. Those would be some basic information about this. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Bye! |
