| I’ve been told that it is almost impossible to do this, so I came here to ask you if there are any chances. How complicated is to take a delayed draw term loan? Is it really important for the company to have extraordinary credit ratings? My company is not really doing that well, but I’d need this feature at the moment, it can save some really important business ideas. Is there anybody with the answer or some experience regarding this? |

| I think that it is true and that your company is going to have to prove itself as very reliable and stable in financial manner. I remember my boss talking about something like this, he tried to get it but he failed. I can ask him what really happened if it will help, but unless you have outstanding credit rates you should abandon the idea. By my opinion, at least… |
