How do I calculate redemption figure?

| Hi everybody. Five years ago I took a mortgage in order to buy a house of my own. Now, I have inherited some money recently and I would like to pay off my balance on a mortgage. but I need help about it. can somebody tell me how do I calculate redemption figure? Thank you for your posts. |

| Hi there. Wow, you are so lucky if you can pay your balance earlier. I wish I could do that with my mortgage. well, I think that you don’t have to calculate your redemption figure by yourself. All you need to do is to contact your lender and request a redemption figure. They will do it for you and send it within couple of days. With the redemption figure you should also get the information about some fees that need to be paid and some other stuff that you need to take care of. So, just contact your lender and they will finish that. Bye. |
