| Hello everybody. My name is Jacob and I went into retirement three weeks ago. Since I don’t find my retirement a good income, I am thinking about getting an equity release plan. The only thing that I don’t know is how I find the right equity release plan for me. I know that there are several types of them. Can somebody help me with it? Thank you. |

| Hi there Jacob. Yes, retirement plans sometimes don’t look like a good income, and income that will satisfy all of your needs. So many people now opt for equity release plans in order to get some additional money. First thing you have to do is to find the right type of equity release plan. As you may know there are six of them. Those are: lifetime mortgage, interest only type, home reversion, shared appreciation mortgage, home income plan and finally sell and rent back option. I think that you should go to an agency that deals with equity release plans, get all the necessary information and then choose what the best is for you. I wish you all the best. Bye. |
