Most of the time I am nor worried what so ever, but these days I was in position to witness several internal cheatings in friendly companies, and since than I can’t stop thinking about my own company and its assets. How can I be sure that the same thing is not going to happen to me too? How do I secure my company's assets, to the moment where I’m going to pass it to my children? I would hate to see some other bloke cause my bankruptcy some day…

You should hire people you trust. That must be the only security, when we are talking about internal problems. I know that these things have to be hard on people who tend to keep some friendly spirit at the working place, but it is quite normal for people who are dealing with valuable assets to feel challenged by all that shiny bills. There must be some trust in the company, or how else could you function at all? Employees would blame on each other… terrible atmosphere…
