| I have been planning for sometime now to start a new business. I have done some research of the market, picked a location, wrote a business plan, but I still have not found out how to make it official. I do not have too much experience, so if anyone could help me, with any kind of advice, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. |

| There are so much various kinds of formalities around every business that it is almost inevitable to stumble somewhere during the process if you are inexperienced. Fortunately, each possible problem is relatively easily solvable. There are some good places on the web you should find very helpful and instructive. Go to http://www.abc.net.au/catapult/basics/s1279512.htm in the first place and I suppose you will find out a lot of very interesting and useful things about making your business official. Also, at http://www.journeypage.com/groups/official/ you will find a group dedicated to sorting out these kind of troubles. If you are interested in such a form of advice and help, and I suggest you should be, join the group and you will find it very helpful. |
