| Don't try to avoid recpetions, banquets, open house and other business related social events. You should have the skill to talk to people easily and naturally. You should be the one to take initiatives while starting a topic and you should be interactive during the conversation. Try and wear a smile on your face while speaking as that puts a positive impact on the listener. |
